Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to charter, transfer, and related reservation services booked through the official SSTRAVEL website. Cancellation timing is calculated from the originally scheduled service start time.
Cancellation and Refund Schedule
- Cancellation 7 days or more before departure: 90% of the amount paid will be refunded; a 10% handling fee applies.
- Cancellation within 7 days but more than 24 hours before departure: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 24 hours before departure: payments are generally non-refundable.
- Same-day cancellation due to illness: if a valid doctor's certificate is provided, the remaining amount will be refunded after a 10% handling fee.
- If SSTRAVEL or the assigned service provider is unable to provide the confirmed service: the amount paid for that service will be refunded in full.
- Typhoons, earthquakes, road closures, or other force-majeure events: SSTRAVEL will first assist with rescheduling. If the trip cannot proceed, the refund will be handled according to the actual circumstances.
Rescheduling and Booking Changes
If the passenger requests a change to the date, time, pickup or drop-off point, vehicle type, or itinerary, SSTRAVEL will assist subject to vehicle and driver availability. Any price difference or additional cost caused by the requested change will be confirmed with the passenger before the order is adjusted.
Refund Method
Refunds for credit-card or other online payments will generally be processed through the original payment method. The actual posting time depends on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer. If the original payment method cannot be refunded directly, customer service will contact the passenger to confirm an alternative refund method.
Deposit and Remaining Balance
Refund amounts are calculated based on the amount actually received and do not include any unpaid remaining balance. If an individual booking contains a separate written payment or cancellation agreement, the terms stated in that booking will apply.
